Children of Purpose Children's Ministry

The Children's Ministry of Higher Ground is for ages 7-12. It allots the children opportunity to worship and learn about God in an environment conducive to their creativity and comfort. They are taught by a competent, committed, and God-loving staff who focus on ensuring that they not only have fun but learn about living for God. This ministry is conducted on Sunday mornings during regular service (following praise and worship) and on Wednesday evenings during the 7 pm bible study. 

Women of Virtue Women's Ministry

The women of Higher Ground meeting every third Thursday of the month. Their focus is to create an atmosphere where women feel welcomed and open to share and to receive from other ladies. Their is a time of biblical impartation followed by food and fellowship. The Women's Ministry also hots events periodically throughout the year.

Angels In Training

The Nursery Ministry of Higher Ground is divided into two parts. Part one is for children ages, newborn to two years. Part two is for children ages, three to six years. This ministry is focused on meeting the needs of the children left in their care in order that parents may be able to attend, participate, and receive from the services. Nursery Ministry is available on Sundays during the 10 a.m. service, Wednesdays during the 7 p.m. evening bible studies and also during various special services. All those who serve in the ministry are required to have 

Man to Man Men's Ministry

The Men's Ministry of Higher Ground meets on a monthly bases to allow men a venue through which they can fellowship and be a strength to each other through shared testimonies, prayer and insights from the word of God. Meeting times are every third Tuesday at 7 p.m.
